Who makes up our Membership? Frye Island Golf Club has a wide range of members from full-time residents, weekend visitors, and seasonal guests who return to Frye Island for their vacations year after year. While most of our membership are comprised of single and couple members, we also have a strong and growing number of families in the community. Several years ago, Frye Island Golf Club introduced a Junior Membership Program offering a significantly discounted rate for players ages 23-30, which has helped bring in a vibrant new generation of golfers.

Frye Island Golf Club has also seen a notable increase in women golfers, many of whom were introduced to the club through our Nine and Wine Scramble held on Tuesday afternoons.

Memberships Include

  • GHIN

    The Golf Handicap Information Network (GHIN) is a service offered by the USGA to golf associations worldwide, serving more than 2 million golfers and 15,000 golf clubs.

    With your Membership payment, the Club will also register you in the GHIN system.

  • Voting Privileges

    Based on membership type, you qualify for nomination for the Golf Committee, as well as have a voice in key changes for the Club.

  • Competition & Tournaments

    The ability to compete in the Club Championship, President's Cup, Member/Guest and Member/Member golf tournaments. You’ll also have an earlier registration date for the notorious ‘Night Golf’ tournament, held in July.
