Sale of Club Car Golf Carts Bid Form

The Town of Frye Island Golf Club will be accepting bids to purchase surplus equipment. Recent purchases of newer golf carts have resulted in a surplus of golf carts. Subsequently, the Frye Island Golf Club will be selling six (6) surplus golf carts to the public by a sealed bid process. These carts have been reasonably maintained and are in good running condition. The Town/Golf Club reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids in the best interests of the organization. The Town/Golf Club may award carts to one or more bidders if by doing so results in additional revenues to the Frye Island Golf Club. Bidders shall indicate on the bid form if they are willing to accept fewer units than bid. Sealed Bids shall be due at the Frye Island Golf Club, 17 Fairway Lane, Frye Island by 3:00 PM on Friday, June 27, 2025.
The golf carts will be available for public inspection at the Public Works/Golf Maintenance Facility building on Fairway Lane. Anyone wishing to drive the carts, please contact John Hodge at ( hodge_john@comcast.net ) to schedule a time on Friday June 13 th or 20 th between 10:00AM-3:00PM.
